Biography:
Nianyin Zeng is currently a Professor with the Department of Instrumental and Electrical Engineering of Xiamen University. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2013, both from Fuzhou University. From October 2012 to March 2013, he was a RA in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the University of Hong Kong. From September 2017 to August 2018, he was an ISEF Fellow founded by the Korea Foundation for Advance Studies and also a Visiting Professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). His current research interests include intelligent data analysis, machine learning and computer vision, computational intelligent, system modeling and applications. He has published more than 80 research papers in referred journal and conferences as well as 13 patents. By Google Scholar, his publications have been cited by more than 7,000 times with H-Index 34.
Dr. Zeng is currently serving or has served as an Associate Editor for Neurocomputing Frontiers in Medical Technology, and Evolutionary Intelligence, an Editorial Board member for Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biomedical Engineering Online, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, and Journal of Image and Graphics, and also Guest Editors for Frontiers in Neuroscience and Frontiers in Medical Technology. He has also served as program committee members for a number of premier international conferences related to intelligent data analysis, including EAI ICMTEL, ACAIT, ICCSE, etc. Dr. Zeng has received a number of prestigious awards, including High-Level Talent of Fujian Province, Key-Talent of Xiamen City, Nanqiang Young-Top-Talent of Xiamen University, three Provincial Natural Science Awards, Invention and Entrepreneurship Achievement Award by the China Invention Association, and Distinguished Reviewers of Computers in Biology and Medicine, Neurocomputing, and Chinese Journal of Scientific Instrument.
Prof. Bin Wang

Biography:
Bing Wang is an Associate Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge and received his Ph.D. and postdoctoral degrees from the University of Hull. He is currently employed at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Fuzhou University, where he serves as a distinguished professor of the Minjiang Scholars Program in Fujian Province, a doctoral supervisor, and an assistant dean. He is also the deputy director of the Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Terahertz Functional Devices and Intelligent Sensors and a member of the academic committee. Wang is a lifelong member of Clare Hall at the University of Cambridge and a member of the Young Engineers Committee of the Materials Division of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. He serves as a subject editor and guest editor for the SCI journal Materials, and he is the chair of the MDMA2022 international academic conference, the co-chair of the CAMME2023 conference, and a collaborating chair for CoMEA2024, as well as the chair of several technical committees for international academic conferences. He has been engaged in research on the structural strength and theory of aerospace technology for many years, primarily focusing on collaborative design of structures and functions, multi-scale structural mechanics modeling, deployable structure design for aerospace applications, advanced composite materials, and their non-destructive testing. He has hosted multiple major projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, provincial and ministerial departments, and the UK Science and Technology Facilities Council. Wang has published over 50 papers as the first or corresponding author, with 2 papers selected as ESI highly cited papers, the most cited of which has over 320 citations. He has published 6 academic monographs/chapters and applied for 15 national invention patents. Several of his research results have been transformed into industrial applications, including uses in the Airbus A350, and his research achievements have been awarded by the UK EPSRC.
Prof. Mohamed Thariq bin Haji Hameed Sultan

Biography:
Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamed Thariq Bin Haji Hameed Sultan is a Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and currently serves as the Director of UPM Press. He received a SEARCA Regional Professorial Chair Grant for AY 2021-2022 for his significant contributions to agricultural technology and innovation, being UPM's 10th recipient since the grant's inception in 2012-2013. With expertise in technology and innovation, he is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), a Professional Technologist (PTech), and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) in the UK. After earning his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, he gained industry experience at organizations like AIRBUS and Malaysian Airlines. He completed his MSc in Aerospace Engineering at UPM and his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sheffield. Prior to his role at UPM Press, he directed the Aerospace Manufacturing Research Centre and led the Laboratory of Biocomposite Technology at UPM. He also facilitated collaborations between UPM and Proton, a Malaysian automotive company.
